We believe that all companies, irrespective of size, should take responsibility for their surroundings, staff and local community.

We try to be kind to the environment

Sometimes just doing the little things can make a big difference. That's why we do lots of little things to help where we can.

All non-essential computers and servers automatically power off in case we forget to switch them off.
We don’t use a great deal of paper, but when we do, we use recycled paper. When we’ve finished with the print out, we’ll turn it over and use it again and then recycle it. All confidential material is shredded and then composted.
Nearly all our staff live within 1 mile of the office so they walk or cycle to work everyday.

All our staff play an active part in the running of the company. Our weekly team meetings aren’t just about the work that’s on the go at the moment, but also a forum to discuss new ideas and services we can offer our clients.

We have informal one to one meetings frequently and a structured appraisal format.
